EQ-i2.0 Leadership Assessment and Debrief

What to Expect:  Following purchase, you will be contacted by an eiADVANTAGE coach and sent the EQ-i2.0 Leadership assessment link.   After completing the assessment, the coach will send you your results within three business days and arrange a time to provide you with a 1:1 debrief on the results.

Time Commitment: Completing the survey generally takes between 10-30 minutes.   The debrief will be approximately 45-60 minutes and provide you with insight into areas of strength and challenge areas.  An actionable plan will be outlined identifying specific strategies to help focus priority areas of improvement.

Who It’s For: This is available to anyone who would like an emotional intelligence assessment and discussion with a certified executive coach.
