Join Hayley Hesseln for a leadership development program customized to support women. The program provides research-based content that focuses on the leadership dimensions most critical for advancement including authenticity, the ability to lead and incite actions in others, the courage to innovate, and mentoring strategies.
The program is based on the foundation of emotional intelligence (EI). EI has been linked to higher well-being, greater resilience, and overall leadership success. Research demonstrates that overall, EI is strongly correlated with higher emotional functioning including emotional stability, lower anxiety and tension, and greater health. Furthermore, individuals with higher EI tend to be more resilient and can better cope with challenges and stress. This is essential for strong leadership.
Participants will gain knowledge of emotional intelligence and enhance practices through hands-on activities and exercises designed to promote strong leaders. The program is based on a wide body of research and practices used to promote emotional intelligence for leaders.
Complimentary facilitation is provided by Hayley Hesseln, Phd.
The curriculum is being provided on a cost-recovery basis and forms the pre-work for the session and includes:

- EQ-i2.0 Leadership Report and 1:1 debrief (30 minutes) with a leadership coach
