Change management is important in any workplace given the speed of change. It is critical to understand how people respond to change and the degree to which they can manage stress. Leaders who are stressed will negatively affect their staff, stressed team members affect each other, and all can have a detrimental effect on productivity and morale. This webinar reviews individual responses to change and provides strategies to communicate effectively and to recognize the importance of different responses.
