Change is inevitable in life, yet some people find it difficult to face and manage whereas others embrace it. While some changes we have control over, many we do not. This course examines individual preferences for dealing with change, how to work with people who have different preferences, and how to manage emotions.
You will receive your own Change Style Indicator assessment, an assessment designed to measure an individual’s preferred style in approaching and addressing change. It provides leaders of all levels with insights on personal preferences for managing through change and provides context for how those around them might perceive and respond to their preferred style.
Included is your assessment, a narrated video (22 minutes), and seven (7) downloadable exercises.
Time Commitment: While it is self paced, the program can typically be completed in 3 hours.
Recommended audience: This course is intended for individuals wishing to learn more about how to handle change and to communicate with others during times of transition.
