This assessment was developed with over 30 years of research by the authors of the original MSCEIT (Dr. Mayer, Dr. Salovey, and Dr. Caruso), in collaboration with experts at Multi-Health Systems, Inc. (MHS, Inc.).
What to Expect: Once purchased, you will be emailed the link to complete the test. After completing the test, your personalized report will be sent to you within 3 business days, along with instructions to schedule your virtual debrief session.
Time Commitment: The assessment typically takes 45–60 minutes to complete. Your 60-minute debrief with a certified MSCEIT coach will explore your emotional intelligence results, highlighting both strengths and areas for development.
