Description: This instructor-led course will help you identify strategies to strengthen your resiliency, decrease your stress and anxiety by teaching you to view life’s inevitable challenges as opportunities. We will discuss the three components that help us remain resilient – Challenge, Control and Commitment – and strategies to enhance them.
Style: Delivered online or in-person. The course will be led by an instructor and provides skills-building interactive exercises, and is designed to help participants identify areas of growth and development.
Length: 3 hours. Pre-work includes completing an Hardiness Resilience Gauge (10 minutes).
