This five-session development program is designed for managers and leaders who coach as part of their everyday leadership role. It blends practical coaching tools with reflection and emotional intelligence development to strengthen your ability to support performance, growth, and accountability through coaching conversations.

Each session is 90 minutes, delivered virtually and is structured to build capability progressively—moving from foundations to practical application, self-awareness, and integration.

Session 1: Foundations & Intentions
Clarify what it means to coach as a leader within your organization. We revisit core coaching principles and explore your intentions, strengths, and current approach to coaching conversations. This session sets the foundation for purposeful development.

Session 2: Structured Coaching Models in Practice
Gain practical tools and frameworks to bring structure and consistency to your coaching conversations. Learn how to guide discussions that create clarity, support ownership, and drive meaningful outcomes.

Session 3: Best Practices & Real-World Application
Explore common coaching challenges faced by leaders and managers. Through shared discussion and practical strategies, you will build confidence in responding effectively in real coaching situations.

Session 4 (Pre-work): Complete MSCEIT2 Assessment and receive 1:1 Debrief.

Session 4: Deepening Self-Awareness 
Examine your coaching presence through the lens of emotional intelligence. Using MSCEIT pre-work, you will reflect on how you show up in coaching conversations and the impact this has on others.

Session 5: Integration & Confidence Building
Bring together key learning and insights from the program. Identify your personal coaching strengths, define your next steps, and clarify how you will continue to embed coaching into your leadership practice.

Program Outcomes
Participants will strengthen their ability to coach within their leadership role, build confidence in structured coaching conversations, deepen emotional intelligence, and leave with practical tools they can immediately apply with their teams.
