This course is intended for leaders and aspiring leaders interested in developing their emotional intelligence skills.
You will receive your own EQ-i2.0 leadership assessment and receive a 1:1 confidential debrief via zoom/MS teams with a leadership coach.
Included are six self-paced learning modules: Emotional Intelligence for Leaders, Authentic Leadership, Learn to Lead with a Coach Approach, Innovative Leadership, Visionary Leadership, and How to Avoid Leadership Pitfalls. The modules comprise of short narrated videos (10-15 minutes each) and optional downloadable exercises.
A coaching program can be added at an additional cost.
Time Commitment: While it is self paced, the program can typically be completed in 3 hours.
