Description: This product provides a link to complete your Emotional Intelligence Assessment. You will be emailed your Leadership Report within three business days and invited to book a debrief with one of our certified executive coaches. Leaders higher in EI communicate more effectively and form strong relationships that drive engagement, motivation, and commitment.

Length: Completing the survey generally takes between 10-30 minutes. The debrief will be approximately 45-60 minutes and provide you with insight into areas of strength and challenge areas. An actionable plan will be outlined identifying specific strategies to help focus priority areas of improvement.
