After purchasing, you an eiADVANTAGE leadership coach will email you the link to complete the assessment and arrange your 1:1 debrief. After completing the assessment, it will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
Length: Completing the survey generally takes between 10-30 minutes. The debrief will be approximately 30 minutes and provide you with insight into areas of strength and challenge areas. An actionable plan will be outlined identifying specific strategies to help focus priority areas of improvement.
Recommended audience: This is available to anyone who would like an emotional intelligence assessment and discussion with a certified executive coach.
