EQ-i2.0 Assessments for Succession Planning

Based on research, we help you identify the most important emotional skills for leaders.  We provide assessments (EQ-i2.0) and debriefs for the individuals within your succession program.  The assessment will take each employee approximately 10-20 minutes to complete.    Each employee will receive a 1:1 confidential debrief on their results (60 minutes) and provide them with insights into areas of strength and challenge areas.  An actionable plan will be outlined identifying specific strategies to help focus priority areas of improvement.

We will then aggregate the data from the assessments and provide you a high level analysis of the results to inform your succession planning training programs.

Description:

Leaders higher in EI communicate more effectively and form strong relationships that drive engagement, motivation, and commitment.  EI can be developed.

To integrate EI into succession planning, you need to align your EI criteria with your organizational vision, mission, and values, and define the specific EI competencies that are relevant for each leadership role. For example, you may want to emphasize self-awareness and self-regulation for senior executives, empathy and social skills for middle managers, and motivation and adaptability for frontline leaders.
